2025 – 2026 Schedule
The IBC holds regularly scheduled meeting the first and third Wednesdays of the month. However, additional meetings are scheduled ad hoc if the need arises from the number of projects to be reviewed or other extenuating circumstances. In addition, meetings may be rescheduled based on attendance, schedule, and for other reasons.
Initial registration submissions often require revision in conjunctions with the Biosafety Office before IBC review, so submissions should be made well in advance.

In accordance with NIH policy, IBC minutes from meetings taking place on or after June 1, 2025 are linked in the table above after final review and approval. Minutes for meetings prior to this date are available upon request to the IBC Chair.
