The IBC holds regularly scheduled meeting the first and third Wednesdays of the month. However, additional meetings are scheduled ad hoc if the need arises from the number of projects to be reviewed or other extenuating circumstances.
Initial registration submissions often require revision in conjunctions with the Biosafety Office before IBC review, so submissions should be made well in advance.
